• The purchaser of the package will be designated as the “Lead Guest” and is required to check in on-site for the Safari Tent, Residence, or Yurt. A valid photo ID must be presented at check-in and must match the name on the order.

• Changes to the Lead Guest name after purchase may be subject to a fee. If you are purchasing this package as a gift, please provide the recipient’s name within 24 hours of purchase to avoid any additional charges.

• Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages into their on-site accommodations, in accordance with festival policies.
